My first experience with Watership Down was the 80's movie of the same name and it was all I could think about for weeks after.

I was fascinated by this odd and violent world Fiver and Hazel lived in; when I read the book many years later -- the eerie feeling of fascination was still there, and coupling that with the lyrical writing on every page; I have been hooked ever since.

This candle is for the wild animal in all of us, and for the dreams we long to protect. Formed in creamy ivory wax and delicately topped with meadow grass fronds; scented with beautiful meadow notes which deepen with the rich addition of chestnut.
